Camp H2O at Georgia Aquarium

If your kid lights up at the sight of sharks, dolphins, and sea lions, Camp H2O is an unforgettable experience.

Campers dive into hands-on science, creative projects, and daily gallery explorations while learning directly from aquarium experts. The curriculum explores aquatic life from local ecosystems all the way to the Arctic, with experiments, crafts, special guest speakers, and daily adventures.

And yes, campers get to experience the Sea Lion and Dolphin presentations during the week.

Safari Camp at Zoo Atlanta

Zoo Atlanta’s Summer Safari Camp is a classic Atlanta summer tradition for a reason.


Designed for campers ages 5–14, this camp blends zoo exploration, group games, inquiry-based science activities, and conservation education. Campers learn about wildlife while building confidence, curiosity, and friendships.


Families can register for individual weeks or spend the entire summer exploring the zoo.

This camp is peak BeltLine energy.


Hosted at the Trees Atlanta Kendeda TreeHouse, Junior TreeKeeper Camp gives kids in grades 1–6 the chance to explore nature right in the city. Each day includes environmental science activities, art projects, games, and, a huge favorite, biking on the Atlanta BeltLine and exploring the Arboretum.


It’s active, educational, and perfect for kids who love being outside.


Best for: Nature lovers, hands-on learners, and active kids

Grades: 1–6

Sessions: June 1–26 & July 6–31

Hours:

• Standard: 9:00 AM – 3:15 PM

• Before Care: 8:00–8:30 AM

• After Care: 3:30–5:30 PM

Camp Overlook

For kids who love to climb, move, and challenge themselves, Camp Overlook is a summer win.

Campers spend the day climbing, playing games, and building confidence in a supportive, high-energy environment. It’s structured, active, and great for kids who need to burn energy while learning teamwork and perseverance.

Best for: High-energy kids and adventure lovers

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Extended Care: 4:00–5:00 PM

Atlanta Ballet Company – Summer Dance Programs

The Atlanta Ballet Company offers summer dance programs designed for beginner and intermediate dancers who want strong technique with room to explore.

Students take ballet classes Monday through Friday while sampling other styles like jazz, modern, hip-hop, musical theatre, choreography, and more. Programs focus on technique, creativity, and confidence in a professional environment.

The Atlanta Dance Academy (TADA) – Summer Camps & Intensives

TADA is now enrolling for summer dance camps, classes, and intensives for dancers of all levels.

Younger dancers can join half-day camps, while older dancers (ages 10+) can level up through summer intensives led by incredible guest faculty. Classes include ballet, jazz, hip-hop, stretch & conditioning, musical theatre, and more.
