Build strength, balance, and inner calm with Tai Chi – Beginner – Quarter III, a multi-week class held June 20 through August 29 at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Led by instructor Mali Harrell, this beginner-friendly course introduces the fundamentals of this ancient Chinese martial art in a peaceful garden setting.
Through gentle movements and mindful practice, participants will improve flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being while learning techniques that support both physical and mental health. No prior experience is required.
