Chichería Mexican Kitchen transforms into The Rose Garden, a limited-time Valentine’s pop-up experience designed to celebrate love, atmosphere, and elevated cocktails. From January 28 through February 15, guests are invited to step into a rose-filled, candlelit setting created especially for the season — immersive, romantic, and made for a night out worth capturing.

The pop-up features lush rose-forward décor, warm candlelight, and pink-red lighting moments throughout the restaurant, setting the tone for an intimate Valentine’s escape. Guests can sip on exclusive, rose-inspired tequila and mezcal cocktails, including the La Rosa Margarita, Blush Paloma, and Mexican Aperol Spritz, crafted exclusively for The Rose Garden. The experience is complemented by featured dishes curated by Chef Joey, available for a limited time only.
